| Filing 7 MINUTE ENTRY ORDER FOR SHOW CAUSE HEARING held on 8/31/2023 before Magistrate Judge Candace J. Smith: Case called for scheduled Show Cause Hearing on Petition to Enforce IRS Summons. Respondent Judith A. Sturwold was not in attendance. While the Courts Order scheduling this Show Cause Hearing was entered in the case docket on July 21 (see R. #5 ), further review of the docket seems to indicate that the Order and Petition to Enforce were not served upon the Respondent by the U.S. Marshals Service. Thus, it appears Respondent did not have notice of todays proceeding. Therefore, a new date for show cause hearing was set and an updated order will be issued for service upon the Respondent.
