The motion is DENIED, without prejudice, as to any remaining claims. (3) Ki nder's counsel's Motion to Withdraw 107 is GRANTED. (4) Kinder' Motion to Continue 117 is GRANTED. The trial on damages set for May 24, 2011, is CONTINUED generally.
