ORDER: 1. Parties' Consent Order and United States' Motion for Forfeiture of Property [R. #2 ; R. #4 ] are GRANTED; 2. USA shall not continue nor file any action to condemn and forfeit the abovedescribed real property and vehicles based upon evidence in the government's possession at the time of this Agreement, which would subject said property to seizure, condemnation or forfeiture to the USA. 3. The $170,500.00 shall be forfeited to the USA in lieu of the forfeiture of the above-described real property, no right or title or interest in the property shall exist in any other party, and the $170,500.00 shall be treated in the same manner as the proceeds of sale of a forfeited item; 4. Fei Zhou Tang releases forever, discharges, and holds harmless the USA, the US Attorney's Office, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Department of Labor, KY Office of the Attorney General, and their dependents, agencies, officers, attorneys, agents, servants, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or suits of whatever kind and description, and wheresoever situated, which they, their heirs, successors, or assigns ever had, now have, or may have in the future in connection with the seizure, detention or release of the above described real property and vehicles; and 5.
