COPY OF ORDER from 3:23-cv-38 : 1. In this civil action (Case No. 3:23-cv-038-GFVT), Stephenson may proceed with those claims he asserted in his completed E.D. Ky. 520 Civil Rights Complaint Form, which is located at Docket Entry #9, pages 1-8. The two named Defendants in this civil action are Aaron Daniels and Hadawreck Auto Body LLC. The Clerks Office is DIRECTED to terminate all other Defendants from this specific civil action. Since Stephenson has already been granted pauper status in this action [R. 7], hiscompleted E.D. Ky. 520 Civil Rights Complaint Form at Docket Entry #9, pages 1-8stands submitted for initial screening pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A and 1915(e)(2).The Court will issue a separate screening order in due course.2.
