OPINION & ORDER: 1) Principal's 24 Motion for Judgment is GRANTED, a) Prinicpal is released and discharged from any further liability to any party in this action and dfts are required to interplead and settle between themselves, b) Dfts are pe rmanently enjoined from instituting any action against Principal for Funds or payment of benefits, c) Prinicpal is DISMISSED as a party to this action; 2) Heim's 27 Motion for entry of Agreed Judgement is DENIED w/o prejudice; 3) W/in 30 days of entry of this order, counsel for dfts shall FILE a joint motion for entry of judgment and tender an Agreed Judgment.
