MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: (1)IT IS ORDERED that petitioner's motion to reinstate his prior action 2 is DENIED as moot, as Edwards has pd filing fee and submitted same documents that were in prior case; (2) Petitioner's Motion for Leave to supplement 8 is CONSTRUED as a motion to amend petition and is GRANTED; (3) Only respondent in this action IS Stephen Dewalt and US Parole Commission is STRICKEN as a respondent; (4) Clerk shall serve cert mail copies of petition, this order and D.E. 8 upon Warden Dewalt, Attorney General for US and US Atty; (5) Respondent, by counsel, shall answer or otherwise defend w/in 30 days of date of entry of this Order; (6) Upon response or expiration of said period of time, Clerk shall notify Pro Se; (7) Petitioner shall keep Clerk informed of current mailing address; FAILURE TO NOTIFY CLERK OF ADDRESS CHANGE MAY RESULT IN DISMISSAL OF CASE.
