Filing 20 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1) Martay Love is on NOTICE that he may bring no more civil actions or appeals in the federal courts ifp unless he is under imminent danger of serious physical injury; 2) Dfts' 16 MOTION to Dismiss is GRANTED; 3) The instant cause of action will be DISMISSED and Judgment will be entered w/ this Memorandum Opinion and Order in favor of the named Dfts. Filing 5 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1) Dfts are Ms. T. Ward, Mr. K. Coleman, Mr. T. Baker and Mr. S. Young, all located at FMC-Lexington; 2) Clerk shall prepare documents necessary for service up dfts in their individual and official capacities; 3) For each dft, clerk shall prepare a "service packet"; 4) Clerk shall make 3 sets; 5) Service of process on each dft made by providing USM w/ service packet to be personally served upon dfts at FMC-Lexington through arrangements with BOP; 6) Service completed by serving copies by certified or registered mail to US Attorney, US Attorney General, BOP; 7) Clerk shall hand-deliver Service Packets to USM and obtain a delivery receipt, and enter receipt into record; 8) USM shall serve a service pack u pon each dft as in Step 5 and three sets of copies as in Step 6; 9) W/in 40 days, USM shall send a service report to clerk, which clerk shall file in record; 10) Pla shall immediately advise Clerk of any changes to his mailing address. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of this case; 11) Pla must communicate w/ Court solely through notices or motions filed the Lexington Clerk's Office. The court will disregard correspondence sent directly to the judge's chambers; 12 ) W/ every notice, pla must a) mail a copy to each dft or his/her attorney, and b) at the end of each notice or motion, cerify he mailed a copy of each dft or his/her attorney and the date this was done.
