MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: 1) 3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is OVERRULED. 2) 4 MOTION for waiver of certification of inmate account statement & MOTION directing Ron Bishop to immediately forward a certified statement of pla&# 039;s inmate account & copies of the 2 grievances pla is OVERRULED. 3) 5 Motion for Order Directing Clerk to Serve the Dfts is OVERRULED. 4) 6 Motion for Preliminary Injunction is OVERRULED. 5) If Lang intends to proceed, pay the filing fee w/in 30 days. If Lang fails to pay w/in the time, Court will dismiss the case. 6) If case is dismissed, it will not be reinstated even if Lang pays the filing fee. 7) Court may bar future civil filings by Lang unless they are accompanied by the full amt of the filing fee. 8) Upon either the payment of filing fee or expiration of the specified 30 day period, Clerk is directed to submit the record.
