OPINION AND ORDER: The 84 and 86 MOTIONS for Partial Summary Judgment filed by Defendants Bluegrass Tavern, LLC and Irish Holdings, LLC are GRANTED. Dfts Bluegrass Tavern, LLC and Irish Holdings, LLC are entitled to partial summary judgment re: (1) all individual claims of Robert L.
