(4) Dfts' 73 Motion in limine to exclude any evidence or refer ence that the Dfts' advertised and promoted the BlitzFire Monitor as eliminating water hammer is DENIED AS MOOT. (5) Judgment in favor of Dfts will be entered contemporaneously. (6) This matter is STRICKEN from the active docket. (7) This is a FINAL AND APPEALABLE Order and no just cause for delay exists.
