OPINION & ORDER: (1) 11 MOTION to Dismiss is GRANTED IN PART to the extent that all official capacity federal and state law claims against Dfts Stevens, Strong, Hudson, Southwood, Gross and Turner are DISMISSED and DENIED IN PART as follows, (A) Dfts' motion to dismiss Count VI of Banks' complaint against the Board of Education is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; (B) The remainder of the Dfts' motion to dismiss is DENIED in all other respects.
