Madison County Dfts' mot ion for summary judgment with respect to Lawrence's individual-capacity negligence claim against Dft Doug Thomas is DENIED; 3. Dft Christina Greene's motion for summary judgment with respect to Lawrence's individual-capacity negligence claim is DENIED; and 4. With respect to all other claims contained in the motions of both (1) the Madison County Dfts and (2) Christina Greene, summary judgment is GRANTED in favor of each Defendant.
