MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: (1) Pla's request to remove her state court criminal matter to this Court is DENIED. (2) Pla's claims under 42 USC 1983 are DISMISSED, with prejudice. (3) To the extent the Pla has asserted claims under state law alleging defamation, wrongful arrest and/or wrongful prosecution, those claims are DISMISSED, without prejudice. (4) This action is DISMISSED and STRICKEN from the docket. Clerk is DIRECTED to forward a copy of this MOO to the Dfts named in the Complaint, to the extent their mailing addresses are available or can be readily determined.
