OPINION AND ORDER: 1. USA's motion to substitute the United States as defendant in this action 17 is GRANTED; 2. USA motion to dismiss 18 is GRANTED; 3. Cavezza's claims, Count II-IV, against USA are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; 4. Cave zza's remaining state law claim, Count I, against Jeff Crockett is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; and 5. Cavezza has 60 days from the date of this Opinion and Order within which to amend her complaint to name specific John Doe defendants or show good cause for her failure to do so.
