Filing 4 ORDER: IT IS ORDERED as follow: 1. A copy of the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus #1 shall be served by certified mail upon Respondent Ravonne Sims, Warden, Roerder Correctional Complex, and the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Kentucky; 2. Within 45 days from the the date of service of this Order, the same being NLT 8/30/2018, Respondent, by counsel shall answer the Petition. The Court requests Respondent caption the Answer as such and not as a motion to dismiss, motion for summary judgment, or other such motion seeking judgment as a matter of law; 3. Petitioner shall promptly notify the Clerk of Court of any change in mailing address. Petitioner is hereby informed that failure to notify the Clerk of any address change may result in the dismissal of this case; 4. All pleadings must be sent to the Clerk of Court & contain the case caption. Each party shall be required to include thereupon the required certificate of service, indicating that a copy of any such documents, including any exhibits or appendices thereto, has been served uponthe opposing party or that partys counsel, if represented by counsel. Any document received by the Clerk of Court that fails to include the required certificate of service shall not be filed and shall be returned to the party or counsel who sent the document.
