ORDER: 1. The Court is hereby appointing Warning Order Attorney James Michael Inman for Unknkown Spouse of Kim M. Woods added. 2. WOA shall make diligent effort to inform Defendant & must report results to this Court within 50 days from this date. 3. If WOA cannot inform Defendant, he shall so report to the Court and make a defense by answer; If unable to make defense, the WOA shall so report. 4. If WOA knows or learns that Defendant is an unmarried infant or of unsound mind or under a legal disability, such information shall be included in report; upon the filing of such report the WOA shall become Guardian ad Litem for Defendant. 5. Plaintiff's motion for entry of this order sets forth the property's address and Defendant's last known address. 6. At the time of filing the report, the WOA may also file a motion and affidavit of payment. 7. Plaintiff's payment policies for WOA's fees and expenses require 60 days for payment; If WOA has objection to payment schedule he should move the Court for an Order withdrawing within 10 days.
