Filing 10 SCHEDULING ORDER: (1) NLT 10/16/2018 parties shall exchange information which has no been previously exchanged. Disclosures need not be filed in the record. (2) NLT 1/12/2019 plaintiff shall disclose expert witness and written reports. NLT 2/12/2019 defendants shall disclose expert witness and written reports. (3) Supplementation under Rule 26(e) shall be due within 30 days of discovery new information. (4) NLT 4/12/2019 parties shall complete all discovery. (5) Maximum duration of each deposition shall be limited to 7 hours, not including breaks. (6) Discovery disputes shall be resolved in the following manner: (a) Parties shall attempt resolution between themselves. (b) Parties may file written motion with the Court. (7) Parties may not, extend any deadline set forth in this scheduling order. Extensions regarding these matters require approval of the Court. The parties are advised in advance that motions for extensions of time are not favored and must be accompanied by a memorandum and affidavit of counsel outlining sufficient grounds for granting the relief sought. (8) Plaintiff amended pleadings or motions to join due 1/29/2018. Defendants shall have until 2/28/2019 to file motions to join or amend pleadings. (9) Dispositive Motions due NLT 5/12/2019. (10) Pretrial Filings due on or before 9/17/2019. (11) On or before 9/20/2019, counsel shall file Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions. (12) On or before 9/20/2019, counsel shall pre-mark and number all exhibits. (13) On or before 9/27/2019, counsel shall provide any objections. (14) Above listed pretrial filings may be submitted to chambers at reeves_chambers@kyed.uscourts.gov. (15) NLT 10/4/2019 parties shall email Court's chambers a copy of each exhibit. (16) JURY TRIAL set for 10/15/2019 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves, with parties to be present at 8:30 a.m.. Trial is expected to last 4 days. (17) The parties are directed to file a joint status report the first Monday of each month. Failure to timely comply with this requirement shall result in the matter being set for a status conference, requiring the attendance of counsel and the parties. (18) Parties are directed to use the service of a private mediator in the event they seek to mediate their disputes. Signed by Judge Danny C.
