SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. Defendant shall file administrative record with Court on or before 11/16/18. Objections to administrative record content shall be filed on or before 11/30/18. 2. No later than 12/14/18, file motions to amend pleadings or join additional parties. 3. Should plaintiff seek discovery, serve proposed discovery on or before 12/28/18. 4. Defendants shall : (ii) respond to proposed discovery or (ii) notify plaintiff not entitled to conduct proposed discovery by no later than 1/25/19. 5. Should parties be unable to agree regarding proposed discovery, plaintiff shall fine any motion no later than 2/8/19. 6. On or before 2/22/19, parties shall either stipulated to standard of review or submit memoranda of points and authorities re standard of review, not to exceed 8 pages. 7. Parties shall motions for judgment on or before 3/22/19, or if any motions concerning discovery remain pending, within 60 days after resolution of motions and close of discovery. 8.
