SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. The Court reminds the parties that they share with the Court the duty to construe, administer, and employ the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of this action. 2.The Court refers this case to Magistrate Judge Matthew A. Stinnett for purposes listed within order. 3. Discovery disputes shall be resolved in the manner set forth within this order. 4, Parties shall exchange disclosures by 11/12/2018. 5. Plaintiff motions to join parties or amend pleadings due 3/30/2019. Defendant shall file any such motion by 4/1/2019. 6. All fact discovery shall be completed NLT 7/31/2019. 7. Plaintiff shall disclose expert witnesses NLT 5/31/2019. NLT 7/3/2019. Defendant shall provide the same. 8. NLT 8/15/2019, parties shall complete all expert discovery. 9. NLT 9/16/2019, parties shall file all dispositive motions and Daubert motions. 10. Pretrial filings shall be filed NLT 10/30/2019. 11. NLT 11/6/2019, Counsel shall file any motions in limine and detailed objections. 12. FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE set for 11/19/2019 at 01:30 PM in LEXINGTON before Judge Robert E. Wier. 13. Counsel shall prepare for pretrial conference as instructed within order. NLT 7 working days prior to trial, counsel shall submit to the Court's Chambers a copy of each documentary exhibit. 15. JURY TRIAL set for 12/16/2019 at 09:30 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Robert E. Wier, with counsel to appear at 9:30 a.m. Trial is expected 4 days. 16. Modifications of this schedule is disfavored.
