January 2, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ORDER: 1. All discovery disputes are REFERRED to the magistrate judge assigned (Stinnett) assigned to this matter for appropriate resolution; 2. The parties SHALL assess any potential for agreed resolution of the case & should continue to make that assessment as litigation continues; 3. Motions to amend pleadings & join additional parties due by 3/29/2019. 4. Fact Discovery due by 6/28/2019. The parties SHALL FILE a joint status report regarding the need for expert discovery as soon as possible but NLT 7/12/2019; 5. Any trial or preservation deposition must be completed 30 days before trial; 6. Supplementation under Rule 26(e) shall be due NLT 30 days after a party becomes aware of the need. Final supplementation due by 6/28/2019; 7. If necessary, the Court will set deadlines for reports from opinion witnesses; 8. Dispositive Motions due by 12/10/2019; 9. Motions in limine, including daubert motions be filed NLT 12/10/2019; 10. Motion practice shall be governed by Local Rule 7.1 except as otherwise provided in this order; 11. At least 14 days before the Final PTC, counsel shall: file exhibit lists; Premark & display to counsel all exhibits intended for trial; file witness lists; file pretrial memorandum; file agreed proposed jury instructions; 12. That any objections filed under Rule 26(a)(3) shall be filed at least 7 days before final PTC; 13. The matter assigned for FINAL PRETRIAL COFERENCE set for 2/10/2020 at 11:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Joseph M. Hood. At conference, all parties shall be prepared to discuss a settlement of the matter; 14. This case is assigned for JURY TRIAL set for 3/17/2020 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Joseph M.
