AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER: It is ORDERED as follows: 1. Paragraph 11 of the Scheduling Order #8 is AMENDED to provide: On or before February 3, 2020, counsel shall pre-mark and number all exhibits in accordance with Rule 83.10 of the Joint Local Rules for the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and provide to opposing counsel, copies ofall such exhibits and of all demonstrative aids intended to be used at trial; 2. SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. NLT 1/30/2019, parties exchange information required by rule 26(a)(1); 2. NLT 7/1/2019, plaintiff disclose expert witnesses. NLT 8/1/2019, defendant disclose expert witnesses; 3. Supplementation under Rule 26(e) due within 30 days of the discovery of new information, but NLT 30 days prior to close of discovery; 4. Discovery due by 10/1/2019; 5. All discovery disputes are referred to the U.S. Magistrate Judge (Stinnett) selected by random draw. Discovery disputes resolved as listed herein; 6. All motions for extensions of time shall be referred to the undersigned for disposition. The parties are advised in advance that such motions are not favored and must be accompanied by a memorandum and affidavit of counsel outlining sufficient grounds for granting the relief sought; 7. Parties may not by agreement extend any deadlines set forth in this Order. Extension require approval of the Court; 8. NLT 3/15/2019, plaintiff shall file any motion to amend pleading or join additional parties. NLT 4/15/2019, defendant shall file any motions to amend pleadings or join additional parties; 9. Dispositive Motions and daubert motions due by 11/1/2019; 10. By 1/27/2020, counsel submit to Court's chambers the following: a. witness list; b. exhibit lists; c. pretrial memorandum; 11. By 2/3/2019 counsel shall pre-mark & number exhibits and provide to opposing counsel; 12. By 2/10/2020, counsel shall file with Clerk & submit to Court Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions; 13. Objections to use of depositions or to the admissibility of exhibits due by 2/10/2020; 14. Pretrial filings may be submitted to Chambers via email; 15. NLT 2/18/2020, parties shall submit to Chambers a copy of each exhibit; 16. Assigned for JURY TRIAL on 2/24/2020 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves, counsel to appear at 8:30 a.m. (3 days); 17. Parties are directed to file a joint status report the first Monday of each month; 18.
