ORDER: 1. USA's #5 MOTION for warning order attorney is GRANTED. 2. Adele Burt Brown is hereby appointed as Warning Order Attorney for Defendants Jean Napier & Unknown Spouse of Jean Napier. 3. WOA shall make diligent efforts to inform the Defendants by mail concerning the pendency and nature of this mortgage foreclosure action, and must report the results of his/her efforts within 50 days. 4. If WOA cannot inform Defendants, WOA shall report so to the Court. 5. Plaintiff shall provide WOA a copy of the Complaint, motion for this order, and this order. 6. At the time of filing of the report, WOA may also file a motion and affidavit for payment of fee and expenses. 7.
