All discovery disputes are REFERRED to the Magistrate Judge (Atkins) assigned to this matter for appropriate resolution; No motions to compel or any motions relating to a discovery dispute shall be filed without permission as directed herein; 2. Court encourages early and economic case resolution. Matter referred to Magistrate Judge (Atkins) for settlement; 3. Initial disclosures due NLT 4/15/19. 4. Within thirty (30) days of making their initial disclosures, the parties shall confer, as necessary, to identify the likely custodial and third-party sources of ESI and to develop a plan for producing requested ESI, including search protocols and the format in which ESI will be produced. 5. Motion to amend pleadings and to join additional parties due by 7/1/19. 6. Fact discovery due by 8/1/2019. 7. Parties agreed to maximum number of interrogatories, requests for admission, depositions and length of depositions, governed by FRCP. 8. Parties shall adhere to FRE 502. 9. Dispositive Motions/Motions in limine due by 10/1/2019. 10. Motion practice governed by LR 7.1. except as otherwise provided in this order. 11. At least 1 week before the final PTC, counsel shall: a. exhibit lists, b. premark & display exhibits, c. witness lists, d. pretrial memorandum, e. agreed proposed jury instructions. 12. Parties have 14 days after service of final witness/exhibit lists to obj. 13. FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE set for 12/9/2019 at 11:30 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Joseph M. Hood. 14.
