ORDER: 1. The Court GRANTS Hutsell's #5 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis and WAIVES the $50.00 administrative fee. Hutsell must pay the $350.00 filing fee. 2. Within 30 days, Hutsell must pay $8.63 to the Clerk as an initial partial filing fee. 3. The Clerk shall open an account in Hutsell's name. The Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form with Hutsell's name, inmate registration number, and this case unmber. The Clerk shall send a copy of this Order and the Notice of Payment Form to the Warden of the institution in which Hutsell is currently confined. 4. Hutsell's custodian shall send the Clerk a payment in an amount equal to 20% of his income for the preceding month out of his inmate trust fund account, but only if the amount in the account exceeds $10.00. The custodian shall continue such monthly payments until the entire $350.00 filing fee is paid. 5. Thsi matter now stand submitted for initial screening. Signed by Judge Robert E. Wier on 5/15/2019.
