July 8, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER: GRANTING pla's #7 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; (2) because Pendermon has been grant pauper status, the $50.00 administrative fee is WAIVED; (3) clerk shall open an account for receipt of ff; clerk complete a Notice of Payment Form & send to Warden where pla is confined; (4) because Pendermon currently lacks sufficient funds to pay an initial partial ff, collection of the fee is DEFERRED at this time; for each month hereafter, if the amount in Pendermons inmate account exceeds $10.00, his custodian shall deduct from that account an amount equal to 20% of his income for the preceding month & remit that sum to the Clerk; custodian shall continue such monthly payments until ff is paid. Should Pendermon wish to pursue this federal action, he must either pay the $350.00 filing fee and $50.00 administrative fee or (1) have the Certificate of Inmate Account certified by prison staff, (2) complete the Affidavit of Assets/In Forma Pauperis Application, and (3) file both documents with this Court. 4.
