(14) On or before 09/11/2020, counsel shall file/submit to the Court any objections to use of depositions or to the admissibility of exhibits pursuant to Rule 26(a)(3)(B). (15) The listed pretrial filings may be submitted to Judge Reeves via the email listed. (16) NLT 09/18/2020, parties shall submit copy of each exhibit. (17) JURY TRIAL set for 9/29/2020 beginning at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves. Expected length is 2 days.
