ORDER: The Court GRANTS the #9 Motion for warning order attorney and ORDERS as follows: (1) The Court NOTIFIES Amanda Nicole McCoy that the U.S. initiated an action naming you as Defendant. The Court WARNS the Dft that failure to appear & defend could result in entry of default judgment. (2) The Court APPOINTS as Warning Order Attorney: Timothy Reed Wiseman for Amanda Nicole McCoy. (3)The WOA shall: a) make diligent efforts to inform dft by mail; b) Report the results of their effort to the Court within 60 days; c) If WOA is unable to notify the dft, he shall so report, and, if able to present a defense, shall then file an answer on dft behalf. If WOA is unable to mount a defense, he shall include that information in the report; d) Provide a copy of the report to COR for the U.S. (4) The Court authorizes the WOA to incur reasonable expenses. (5) Upon receipt of this Order, Plaintiff's counsel shall deliver to WOA a copy of the complaint, a copy of plaintiff's motion for this order, and a copy of this Order. (6) Upon report filing, WOA may also file a motion & affidavit for payment of fees & expenses.
