Parties have until 1/21/2020 to file any motion to amend pleadings and/or join additional parties; 9. Parties shall file all dispositive/ Daubert motions by 4/6/2020; 10. PRETRIAL CONFERENCE set for 8/7/2020 at 01:30 PM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves; 11. On or before 8/14/2020 counsel shall file the following: (a) witness list with a brief summary of expected testimony of each witness; (b) list of exhibits to be used at trial; (c) pretrial memorandum; 12. Counsel shall pre-mark and number all exhibits by 8/14/2020; 13. Agreed Proposed Jury Instruction due by 8/14/2020; 14. Objections to use of depositions or admissibility of exhibits due by 8/21/2020; 15. Above listed pretrial filings may be submitted to undersigned email; 16. Parties shall submit a copy of each exhibit to chambers by 8/28/2020; 17. JURY TRIAL set for 9/8/2020 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C.
