February 14, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 14 SCHEDULING ORDER: (1) NLT 2/24/2020, parties shall exchange info required. (2) NLT 7/13/2020, plaintiff shall identify expert witness. Dft shall identify expert witness NLT 8/13/2020. (3) Supplementation due within 30 days of discovery, but NLT 30 prior to close. (4) NLT 10/12/2020, parties shall complete all discovery. (5) Parties agreed to produce "EDS" in PDF and Bates form. (6) Parties agree inadvertent production of docs or info shall waive any privilege that would otherwise attach to the docs or info produced. (7) All discovery disputes are referred to the United States Magistrate Judge selected by random draw (Magistrate Judge Matthew A. Stinnett). (8) All motions for extensions of time shall be referred to the undersigned for disposition. The parties are advised in advance that such motions are not favored and must be accompanied by a memorandum and affidavit of counsel outlining sufficient grounds for granting the relief sought. (9) Parties may not, by agreement, extend any of the deadlines set forth in this Scheduling Order. (10) Motions to amend and/or join additional parties due 5/14/2020. (11) All dispositive motions due 11/12/2020. (12) Pretrial filings due 2/1/2021. (13) On or before 2/1/2021, counsel shall pre-mark and number all exhibits. (14) On or before 2/1/2021, counsel shall file Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions. (15) On or before 2/8/2021, counsel shall file any objections. (16) Pretrial filings may be submitted to the undersigned at reeves_chambers@kyed.uscourts.gov. (17) NLT 2/12/2021, parties shall submit to the Court's chambers a copy of each exhibit. (18) JURY TRIAL set for 2/22/2021 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves, counsel to be present at 8:30 a.m. (4 days). (19) The parties are directed to file a joint status report the first Monday of each month. Failure to timely comply with this requirement shall result in the matter being set for a status conference, requiring the attendance of counsel and the parties.
