March 4, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER: 1. Sublett's #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. 2. W/in 28 days, Sublett must pay $7.66 to Clerk as initial partial filing fee. 3. Clerk shall open account in Sublett's name. Clerk shall complete Notice of Payment form (EDKY 525) and serve copy of this Order and form upon Jailer/Warden and Office of Gen Counsel for Dept of Corrections. 4. Each month Sublett's custodian shall send Clerk payment in amt equal to 20% of income,but only if amt exceeds $10. Custodian make monthly payments until $350 filing fee is paid. 5. Motion to Supplement complaint #6 is DENIED. 6. Sublett must advice of any change in address. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of case. 7. Matter stands submitted for initial screening.
