Filing 11 SCHEDULING ORDER: (1) NLT 5/25/2020, parties shall exchange information required by Rule 26(a)(1). (2) NLT 9/15/2020, plaintiff expert witness due. NLT 10/15/2020, defendants expert witness due. (3) Supplementation due within 30 days of discovery, but NLT 30 days prior to close of discovery. (4) NLT 12/15/2020, parties shall complete all discovery. (5) All discovery disputes are referred to the United States Magistrate Judge selected by random draw (Magistrate Judge Matthew A. Stinnett). (6) All motions for extensions of time shall be referred to the undersigned for disposition. The parties are advised in advance that such motions are not favored and must be accompanied by a memorandum and affidavit of counsel outlining sufficient grounds for granting the relief sought. (7) The parties may not, by agreement, extend any of the deadlines set forth in this Scheduling Order. Likewise, the parties may not, by agreement, extend any deadline for responding to motions as required by Local Rule 7.1(c). Extensions regarding these matters require approval of the Court. (8) Plaintiff shall have until 9/15/2020, to file motions to amend and/or join additional parties. Defendants shall have until 9/30/2020. (9) NLT 1/15/2021, parties shall file all dispositive motions and daubert motions. (10) Parties may request a pretrial conference as appropriate closer to the trial date. (11) On or before 5/14/2021, pretrial filings due. (12) On or before 5/14/2021, counsel shall pre-mark and number all exhibits. (13) On or before 5/14/2021, Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions with supporting authorities due. (14) On or before 5/21/2021, counsel shall file objections. (15) The above listed pretrial filings may be submitted to the undersigned at reeves_chambers@kyed.uscourts.gov. (16) NLT 5/28/2021, parties shall submit to the Court's chambers a copy of each exhibit. (17) JURY TRIAL set for 6/7/2021 at 9:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves, counsel to be present at 8:30 a.m. (3 days). (18) The parties are directed to file a joint status report the first Monday of each month. Failure to timely comply with this requirement shall result in the matter being set for a status conference, requiring the attendance of counsel and the parties.
