ORDER: 1. The Clerk of Court SHALL send a copy of Busch's petition and related pleadings DE #1 & #7 and this Order by CM to the Respondent Warden Quintana, the Attorney General for U.S., and the U.S. Attorney; 2. Respondent SHALL file a response to the petition within 60 days; 3. Busch may file a reply in further support of his petition within 30 days after the Respondent files his response; 4. Busch must keep the Clerk of the Court informed of hiscurrent mailing address. Failure to notify the Clerk of any address change may result in a dismissal of this case; 5. Busch must send a copy of every document he files with the Court to the Respondent or its attorney; 6. Busch must only communicate with the Court through notices or motions filed with the Court.
