On or before 10/2/20, Evans must either pay the $505.00 appellate filing fee to the Clerk of this Court, or he must complete the following steps in order to pursue pauper status on appeal: a. complete the Sixth Circuit Form 4; b. have prison staff complete and sign the Certificate of Inmate Account Form (E.D. Ky. 523 Form); and c. file both documents with the Court. If Evans fails to take these steps within the time allotted, his appeal may be dismissed. 3.
