SCHEDULING ORDER: (1) NLT 11/20/2020, parties shall exchange infovrequired by Rule 26(a)(1).v(2) NLT 3/30/2021, pltf expert witnesses due. NLT 4/30/2021, dft expert witnesses due. (3) Supplementation due within 30 days of discovery, but NLT 30 days of close. (4) Discovery due by 6/30/2021. (5) All discovery disputes are referred to a United States Magistrate Judge selected by random draw (Magistrate Judge Matthew A. Stinnett). (6) All motions for extensions of time shall be referred to the undersigned for disposition. The parties are advised in advance that such motions are not favored and must be accompanied by a memorandum and affidavit of counsel outlining sufficient grounds for granting the relief sought. (7) Parties may not, by agreement, extend any of the deadlines set forth in this Scheduling Order. Likewise, the parties may not, by agreement, extend any deadline for responding to motions as required by Local Rule 7.1(c). Extensions regarding these matters require approval of the Court. (8) Pltf amended pleading and/or motions to join additional parties due 12/4/2020. Same for dft due 1/4/2021. (9) Dispositive motions and daubert motions due 7/30/2021. (10) Pretrial Filings due by 9/24/2021 (11) Pre-mark and number all exhibits by 9/24/2021. (12) Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions due 10/1/2021. (13) Objections due 10/8/2021. (14) the above listed pre-trial filings may be submitted to the undersigned. (15) NLT 10/15/2021, parties shall submit to the Court's chambers a copy of each exhibit. (16) JURY TRIAL set for 10/26/2021 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves, counsel present at 8:30 a.m. (3 days). (17) The parties may request a pretrial conference prior to trial, if desired. (18) The parties are directed to file a joint status report the first Monday of each month. Failure to timely comply with this requirement shall result in the matter being set for a status conference, requiring the attendance of counsel and the parties.
