ORDER: 1. Jointer's current petition at R. #1 is DENIED without prejudice, and this specific action is STRICKEN from the Court's docket. 2. All pending motions are DENIED as moot at this time. 3. That said, the Clerk's Office shall promptly send Jointer the following blank forms so that he may file a new, proper 2241 action if he chooses to do so: a. Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. 2241 [E.D. Ky. 521 Form]; b. Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs [AO 240 Form]; and c. Certificate of Inmate Account Form [E.D. Ky. 523 Form]. 4. If Jointer wishes to file a new habeas action regarding this matter, he may do so by using the Court-approved forms and following the instructions set forth above. Signed by Judge William O.
