ORDER: 1. #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. Payment of administrative fee WAIVED. However, Jones must pay $350 filing fee as set forth below. 3. Payment of initial partial filing fee WAIVED; 3. Clerk open account in Jones' name for receipt of filing fee. Clerk complete Notice of Payment Form with: (a) Joness name; (b) his inmate registration number; and (c) this case number. Clerk send copy of Order and Notice of Payment form to Warden. 4. Once Jones pays initial partial filing fee, custodian send Clerk a payment each month from inmate trust fund account. Payment should be 20% of Jones' income for the preceding month.
