ORDER: 1. granting #4 Motion for warning order attorney; 2. Attorney Robert L. Abell for Unknown Spouse of Harolene Wallingford appointed WOA; 3. WOA shall make efforts to inform the dfts concerning the pendency and nature of this action and must report the results within 50 days; 4. If WOA cannot inform dfts concerning action, they shall so report & shall make a defense by answer, if able to do so; 5. Pltf shall deliver to WOA a copy of the Complaint, copy of motion for this order and a copy of this order; 6. WOA may also file a motion & affidavit for payment of WOA's fees & expenses; 7. Pltf's payment policies for said WOA's fees and expenses require, on average, sixty days for payment. If WOA has objection to said payment schedule, he/she should move the Court for an Order withdrawing from this case within ten days of entry hereof.
