ORDER: 1. Clerk shall modify docket to correctly identify Kenneth Mobley as defendant and Commonwealth of Kentucky as plaintiff. 2. #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. 3. $52 Admin fee is waived. prisoner to pay $350 filing fee as set forth. 4. Clerk shall open account in Mobley's name, complete Form EDKY 525 and shall send notice and copy of this Order to warden of institution where confined. 5. Payment of initial partial filing fee is DEFERRED. 6. Each month, if amount in account exceeds $10, custody shall deduct from Mobleys inmate account an amount equal to 20% of his income for the preceding month and remit that sum to the Clerk of the Court.
