August 25, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 10 SCHEDULING ORDER: 1) W/in 14 days parties shall exchange Rule 26(a)(1) information not previously exchanged. 2) NLT 12/17/2021 Ptf. shall disclose witnesses. NLT 2/4/2022 Dft. shall disclose witnesses. 3) Supplementation under Rule 26(e) due within 30 days of discovery, but NLT 30 days prior to close of discovery. 4) NLT 4/25/2022 parties shall complete discovery. 5) Discovery disputes are referred to Magistrate Judge Matthew A. Stinnett. 6) Motions for extensions of time shall be referred to the undersigned. Parties are advised such motions are not favored and must be accompanied by memorandum outlining sufficient ground for relief. 7) Parties may not extend any deadlines set forth in this order. 8) Motions to amend pleadings or join parties NLT 10/1/2021. 9) Dispositive motions and Daubert motions NLT 5/25/2022. 10) NLT 8/1/2022 counsel shall file witness list, exhibit, list, pretrial memorandum. 11) NLT 8/1/2022 Counsel shall pre-mark and provide to opposing counsel all exhibits to be used at trial. 12) NLT 8/1/2022 counsel shall file with Clerk w/ copy to Court Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions. If unable to agree Counsel shall provide them separately w/ copies to opposing counsel. Failure to submit in time may result in cancelation of trial. 13) NLT 8/8/2022 counsel shall file with the Clerk and copies to Court and opposing counsel any objections to depositions or exhibits. Objections not disclosed shall be deemed waived. 14) The above pretrial filings may be submitted to the undersigned via email. 15) NLT 8/15/2022 parties shall submit to Court chambers copies of exhibits. 16) This action is assigned for JURY TRIAL set for 8/30/2022 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves (3 days). Counsel to be present at 8:30 am. 17) Parties may request a pretrial conference. 18) Parties are directed to file a joint status report first Monday of each month. Failure to comply shall result in the matter being set for status conference requiring attendance of counsel and parties. 19) Parties are directed to use the services of a private mediator in the event they seek to mediate their dispute.
