Parties may not, by agreement, extend any of the deadlines set forth in this scheduling order or for responding to motions; 8. Motions to amend pleadings or join additional parties due by 10/1/2021; 9. Dispositive Motions due by 6/2/2022; 10. By 9/2/2022, counsel shall file: (a) witness lists, (b) exhibit lists, (C) pretrial memorandum; 11. By 9/2/2022, counsel shall pre-mark & number all exhibits & provide to opposing counsel; 12. By 9/2/2022, counsel file Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions; 13. By 9/9/2022, counsel shall file objections to the use of depositions or to the admissibility of exhibits; 14. The above listed pretrial filings may be submitted to chambers by email; 15. NLT 9/9/2022, parties submit to chambers a copy of each exhibits; 16. JURY TRIAL set for 9/27/2022 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves, with counsel present at 8:30 a.m. (3 days); 17. The parties may request a pretrial conference if desired; 18. The parties are directed to file a joint status report the first Monday of each month; 10.
