SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. The defendant shall file the administrative record & relevant plan documents with the Court on or before 1/5/2022. The Court GRANTS the request to file the administrative record under seal. Plaintiff's objections to content of administrative record shall be filed on or before 1/19/2022; 2. NLT 2/9/2022, plaintiff file motion to amend pleadings and/or join additional parties. NLT 2/16/2022, defendant shall file same; 3. Plaintiff shall serve proposed discovery by 2/4/2022; 4. Defendant shall respond to the proposed discovery by NLT 3/4/2022; 5. Should the parties be unable to agree regarding any proposed discovery, the plaintiff shall file any motion concerning the proposed discovery NLT 3/18/2022; 6. Discovery shall be limited to 25 interrogatories per party, 25 requests for production per party, and 25 requests for admission per party; 7. Parties have stipulated to the Court applying an arbitrary & capricious standard in reviewing the defendant's denial of the plaintiff's benefit claim; 8. Parties shall file motions for judgment on or before 5/13/2022 or if any motions concerning discovery remain pending with the Court, within 60 days after resolution of discovery motions & close of discovery; 9. Responses due NLT 30 day after parties file motions for judgment; 10. Replies dues NLT 15 days after the parties file response briefs; 11.
