| Filing 7 CONSENT JUDGMENT: 1. Judgment is entered in favor of Marilynn Cooney and the Estate of Michael Cooney against Defendant Nicholas Cooney in the amount of $2,500,000.00 plus interest on that amount of five percent (5%) per annum from October 9, 2020, until paid. 2. The plaintiffs are entitled to collect their costs and fees, including reasonable attorney fees accrued in the collection of the judgment amount. The Court declines to exercise continuing jurisdiction over this matter in the event future disputes arise among the parties. 3. All issues having been resolved, this action is DISMISSED and STRICKEN from the Court's docket. 4. This is a FINAL and APPEALABLE Judgment and there is no just cause for delay.
