Civ.P. 37(a)(2)(a). 3) Per 12/1/2000 amendment of Fed R. Civ.P. 5(d) parties observe directives listed herein. 4) No extensions of deadlines set in this order, or those contained in pretrial conference order shall be granted unless motion is filed prior to expiration of deadline in question, and upon showing of good cause. 5) FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE set for 8/30/2023 at 01:00 PM in LEXINGTON before Judge Karen K. Caldwell. 6) JURY TRIAL set for 9/8/2023 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Karen K. Caldwell. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED this matter is referred to Magistrate Judge Matthew A. Stinnett for managing all discovery and pretrial scheduling issues, including all discovery disputes and revising any dates and deadlines established in this order, except for dispositive motion deadline. Parties shall attempt to resolve discovery disputes among themselves. If unable, they shall attempt with the MJ by telephone. If still not resolved, parties may file written motion directed to MJ. If party resisting discovery is unsatisfied with MJ oral or written ruling, party may require other party to file formal motion to compel directed to MJ. Time period for filing motion and response and any reply shall be set for by the MJ at his discretion. Any party objecting to MJ ruling must file such with court w/in 14 days of ruling.
