Filing 7 ORDER FOR MEETING AND REPORT: ORDERED as follows: 1. W/in 30 days, counsel shall conduct meeting of parties to discuss possibilities for a settlement or resolution of the case;2. At the time of meeting, parties shall exchange disclosures required by Rule 26(a)(1);3. W/in 14 days after the meeting, counsel for parties shall file a joint report outlining proposed discovery plan. In proposing deadlines, parties shall contemplate a trial date w/in 12 months or fewer. Parties report shall include: a) parties' views and proposals; b) parties' estimate of time to join other parties and to amend the pleadings; c) length of time necessary to file motions; d) length of time necessary to complete all pretrial discovery, including expert witness discovery; e) length of time necessary for parties to make expert disclousres; f) probable length of trial and whether there will be issues to submit to a jury; g) dates mutually convenient w/ counsel to assign this case for trial; h) whether parties desire scheduling conference before entry of scheduling order; i) decision as to whether the action may be referred to a US Magistrate Judge.
