SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. w/in 14 days, parties shall exchange Rule 26(a)(1) info; 2. NLT 1/5/2024, ptff to disclose identity of expert witnesses. Def shall disclose NLT 2/23/2024; 3. Supplementation under Rule 26(e) due w/in 30 days of discovery of new info, nlt 30 days prior to close of discovery; 4. NLT 3/29/2024, parties to complete all discovery; 5. Parties to agree to max number of interrogatories allowed to be propounded; 6. Parties to agree to max number of requests for production of documents allowed to be propounded; 7. Pursuant to 28 USC 636(b)(1)(A), all discovery disputes referred to USMJ by random draw (Judge Matthew Stinnett drawn); 8. All motions for ext of time shall be referred to the undersigned; 9. Parties may not, by agreement, extend any deadlines set forth in this Scheduling Order; 10. Parties shall file any motion to amend pleadings and/or join addt'l parties NLT 11/1/2023; 11. NLT 4/29/2024, parties shall file all dispositive and daubert motions; 12. NLT 8/27/2024, counsel shall submit pretrial filings to Court's chambers and provide to opposing counsel; 13. NLT 8/27/2024, counsel shall pre-mark and number all exhibits; 14. NLT 8/27/2024, counsel shall file w/ the Clerk and submit to the Court, Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions; 15. NLT 9/3/2024, counsel shall file w/ the Clerk, submit to the Court and provide to opposing counsel any objections to the use of depositions or to the admissibility of exhibits; 16. Pretrial filings may be submitted to undersigned's email; 17. NLT 9/3/2024 parties shall submit copy of each exhibit to Court's chambers; 18. JURY TRIAL set for 9/17/2024 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves; 19. Parties shall request a pretrial conference if desired; 20.
