The lead case is 5:22-cv-319-DCR, and all further filings are directed to be made in that action. 2. The plaintiffs will be bound by any ultimate decision by this Court on the previously pending motion to dismiss in the Related Case if that motion is re-docketed. 3. The previously pending motion to dismiss and related briefing in the Related Case shall serve as CorrectCare's response pleading to Plaintiffs' Complaint in this matter. 4.
