October 6, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 10 SCHEDULING ORDER: ORDERED that the following schedule is adopted for resolution of this matter:(1) W/in 14 days parties must exchange information required by Rule 26(a)(1);(2) Per Rule 26(a)(2) disclosure identity of expert witnesses: Ptf NLT 2/1/24; Dfts 3/1/24;(3) Supplementation under Rule 26(e) shall be due w/in 30 days of the discovery of new info, but NLT 30 days prior to the close of discovery;(4) Discovery due 4/30/24;(5) All discovery disputes are referred to the USMJ Edward B. Atkins;(6) All motions for extensions of time shall be referred to the undersigned for disposition;(7) Parties not allowed to extend any of the deadlines set forth in this Order;(8) Motion to amend Pleadings and/or join additional parties due 11/30/23;(9) NLT 5/30/24 parties to file dispositive motions and Daubert motions;(10) Pretrial filings due 8/27/24;(11) NLT 8/27/24, counsel shall pre-mark and number all exhibits;(12) NLT 9/3/24, counsel directed to file objections to the use of depositions or to the admissibility of exhibits pursuant to Rule 26(a)(3)(B);(13) The listed pretrial filings may be submitted to Judge Reeves via the email listed;(14) NLT 9/3/24, parties to submit to the Court's chambers a copy of each exhibit;(15) JURY TRIAL set for 10/1/2024 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves. Counsel to be present at 8:30 a.m;(16) Parties may request a pretrial conference as appropriate closer to trial date;(17) Parties are directed to file a joint status report the first Monday of each month. Failure to timely comply w/ this requirement shall result in the matter being set for a status conference, requiring the attendance of counsel and the parties;(18) Parties are directed to use the services of a private mediator in the event they seek to mediate their dispute.
