Filing 9 ORDER:1. Vaughn's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is GRANTED; a) W/in 30 days from the entry of this Order, Vaughn must pay $123.12 to the Clerk of this Court as an initial filing fee. b) The Clerk of the Court shall open an account in Vaugn's name for receipt of the filing fee. Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form and serve a copy of this Order and Notice of Pmt Form upon the Jailer/Warden of the institution. c) Each month Vaughn's custodian shall send the Clerk of the Court a payment in an amount equal to 20% of his income for the preceding month out of his inmate trust found account, but only if the amount in the act exceeds $10;2. Vaughn must immediately advise the Clerk's Office of any change in his current mailing address. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of this case;3.
