January 16, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER:1. The Clerk of Court shall mark the instant case number on forms and send to Petitioner; 2. NLT 30 days from the date of this Order, the same being 2/15/24, Petitioner shall complete the proper form to proceed with a case under 28 U.S.C. 2254, that is an AO Form 241, and return to the clerk for filing. In addition, also by 2/15/24, Petitioner must either pay the $5 filing fee, or complete AO Form 240 and EDKY Form 523 and return for filing;3. Petitioner is hereby on notice that if he fails to file required forms, it will be presumed he does not wish to proceed with a case;4. The Clerk of Court shall submit the file to the undersigned for further proceedings upon Petitioner's filing of completed forms and either his payment in full or his filing of AO Form 240 and EDKY Form 523, or upon expiration of the deadline for making such filings, whichever first occurs.
