Motions to amend pleadings/join addt'l parties due NLT 7/19/2024; 9. Dispositive/Daubert motions due NLT 2/20/2025; 10. NLT 4/28/2025, counsel must file the follow PT filings; 11. NLT 4/28/2025, counsel must pre-mark and number all exhibits; 12. NLT 4/28/2025, counsel must file Agreed Proposed Jury Instructions w/ supporting authorities; 13. NLT 5/5/2025, counsel must file any objections to the use of depositions or to the admissibility of exhibits; 14. The above PT filings may be submitted to the undersigned via email; 15. NLT 5/12/2025, parties must submit to chambers a copy of each exhibit; 16. JURY TRIAL set for 5/20/2025 at 09:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves. Est length of trial is 3 days; 17. The parties may req a PTC if desired; 18. The parties are directed to file a joint status report the first Monday of each month; 19.
